MyOnlineHealth Site Policy and
Publishing Guidelines

The MyOnlineHealthService Mark website is an official publication and service of Eastern Maine Healthcare. The purpose is to provide information about its new service, MyOnlineHealth, its members, events and programs for both internal and external audiences. It is a continuously evolving document that undoubtedly will grow in scope and creative application as time goes on.

To assure a unified image and high quality content as the site evolves, MyOnlineHealth and all EMH website information will be directed through the eBusiness Department.. Periodically, the eBusiness unit will review the complete site for accuracy, currency, continuity and compliance with these guidelines.

Responsible Use

All submissions are expected to provide materials that are consistent with federal and state law, system policies and established procedures, and that further the role and mission of EMH.

The MyOnlineHealth web site cannot be used for profit or commercial use other than official EMH business. It may not be used to support any political campaign for public office. No personal pages will be permitted on the MyOnlineHealth site.

Eastern Maine Healthcare is committed in providing access of its web site to all community members. In doing so, EMH is proud to display the "Bobby Approved" icon in ensuring accessible web design. This rating was created by the Center for Applied Special Technology.
Because we are always striving to provide an accessible web site, please contact the webmaster if you find an area in which we have not done so.

Feedback

Responses, questions, or comments generated from the web site will go to the webmaster, a single electronic location where the webmaster and Web Affinity Group members will review comments. The webmaster or his designee is responsible for forwarding each comment/question to the appropriate department head, administrator, or designee in a timely manner. The webmaster will also send a confirmation of receipt of the feedback to originators, letting them know the appropriate department has been asked to respond.
